Search for your dates using the search tool above, then select your preferred rental and submit a booking request. You should receive an email confirming that your request has been sent. Payment is not required at the time of request. We will first review and accept your booking. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions, including a secure credit card link or e-transfer details. You will have 24 hours to complete your payment (or deposit). Once payment is received, your reservation will be fully confirmed and you will receive a final confirmation email.

* Check-Out times are strict. We have a cleaning crew that comes in, and they are generally on a timetable, so being out of the vacation rentals on time is key! Thank you for your understanding.

When booking directly, guests are required to review and agree to our rental agreement at the time of booking.

We are very proud of our rentals and we put a lot of efforts into making it enjoyable for all our guests. We thank you in advance for respecting our house rules and being considerate of the other guests staying next door and neighbors.  

 - Maximum 1 dog allowed per rental. Pet fee of $40 applies due to additional cleaning, make sure to select the pet fee add-on when completing your direct booking. No other pets allowed. The dog must be on a leash when outside. Please pick up after your dog. No dog on furniture and beds please.   

DURING YOUR STAY 

- Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. 

- Do not move the furniture and firepit. 

- No smoking indoors. If there are indications of guests smoking indoors, there will be a substantial additional cleaning fees to remove odors and/or stains. 

- No large parties or events. Please be certain that all guests are aware of the rules and how to properly operate the amenities. IF MORE THAN THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION ARRIVE, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED, WITHOUT REFUND. If your number changes before the time of check, send us a "Reservation Alteration Request" through Airbnb for our approval. 

- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by the Host and the refund will not be provided for the balance of your stay.  

- No fireworks allowed. 

HOT TUBS

- Extreme caution must be exercised to prevent unauthorized access by children. 

- No smoking or food in the hot tub at any time. 

- No glass in or near the hot tub. 

- Please wipe your feet to limit any sand, grass or dirt in the hot tub. 

- Any body cream, lotion, sand, etc. should be wash off (shower) prior to entering the hot tub. 

- The cover is secure with lock-down tabs two in front and two in the back. Please unclip the front two tabs, gently unfold half of the cover, then use two people to lift the cover and let it rest on the side of the property. 

- Always step in the hot tub where the steps are. 

- Please put the cover back on the hot tub after use. Make sure to properly un-flip the cover skirt. Make sure all four lock-down tabs are locked. 

- Hot Tubs left dirty or abused will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee. 

- Any damage during uses will be at the cost of the guests. 

- Any issues please advise the owners. 

AT CHECK OUT 

- Please have dishes either washed and put away or loaded into the dishwasher for washing. 

- At the end of your stay, please put used towels and linens in the laundry baskets. 

- Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the unit is not left in an acceptable condition.

By booking with us, you agree to use the barbecue, equipment, games, firepit, kitchen appliances, hot tub and other things available in the vacation rentals at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries on the premises or the surrounding property.
